Congratulations to Isis Derrida for proving the critics wrong and managing to beat me at Mayhem #5. Isis managed to hush the nay-sayers and not only boost his momentum heading into End of Worlds, but he has found himself a new friend in Greg Venom. Now anyone who saw Mayhem knew that I was just dominating about 85 percent of the match. Isis had his little part played in the match but I believe it is fair to say I walked out of that match the better man. I may not have won the match, but I proved to everyone that I can easily hang with the best of them, despite what my critics say. I proved that I can adjust to my newly found fame just fine and that there is no level that is out of my reach. In the eyes of others like Greg Venom, Glory Braddock, and even Dante; I am still on level one. I am at the bottom of the FWA pyramid, forced to build my way up to the top. Will my ascension to the top be a clear one? I suppose only time will tell that story.
I appreciate the fact that Dante believes that I have potential and that 2014 will be the year that brings to me to heights unattainable by just the average Joe. I realize that I have to work hard in order to maintain the expectations being set unto me. I refuse to disappoint those who see me shining bright in the future. And I believe beating Glory Braddock this week on Mayhem #6 will only boost my name higher up the FWA ladder. I will admit, I know nothing about Glory. Besides the obvious things like she is from Britain. But I know nothing of her work, nor anything of her past. And I'm not too fond of having to fight a women, but if it will gain me more fame, then I guess I have no choice. I expect many warnings in the following week about how dangerous Glory is or how she is not to be taken lightly. But have I really been one to choke when the spotlight is on me? For confirmation on that question, just ask ol' Isis and see how his knee is doing.
But I cannot lie, I expect nothing less than war from Glory. She has come from her dirty little hovel to best a bunch of washed up has-beens like Nate Lawson. She will be facing off against Isis at End of Worlds and if she is to win, she has only me to thank for loosening the poor sucker up for her. Because let us all be honest for a moment here; we all know Glory doesn't have what it takes to be World Champion. Neither does Isis but at least he makes a more respectable World Champion than Glory. She may be more well known than myself, but I have already proven myself to be a hard worker. I can go as far as to say that I am the hardest worker in FWA. Sure we have Isis running around here trying to fit the mold of a true champion and searching for his long lost Enlightenment that has yet to be found.
Sure we have Greg Venom running around here trying his hardest to relive those glory days where he might've actually been important. Sure we have Priest running around here trying to interfere with Dante's plans and so what Dakota Smith.... Well, he is just one crazy fucker.
I plan on giving Glory what she has coming to her. Does that mean I will win the match? Maybe, maybe not. At this point, I couldn't care less about the rest of 2013. A wasted year that hasn't seen enough of Scott Wilson. All I really care about is 2014 and the impact that I plan on making. Big things are gonna happen here in FWA.
